Tim qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1990. He has gained a wide experience of selling and valuing the full spectrum of property including commercial premises often with a rural location such as a former airfield control tower. Through the ups and downs of the residential development market he helps owners of potential schemes bring them forward to the market to achieve good returns.
