Louise Smith is a Chartered Surveyor and an Associate. Her specialisms include estate management, sale and purchase of agricultural land, single payment scheme, agri-environment schemes, lease negotiations and rent reviews for telecommunication sites. Prior to joining JHWalter she was involved in the Land & Property Department of the Woodland Trust.
She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and has a Degree in Rural Land Management.
