Established for over 200 years and operating across the East Midlands, JHWalter has been involved in planning and development opportunities for a wide range of residential, commercial and agricultural uses including dealing with agricultural ties. Our personal and practical approach is based on a sound knowledge of national and local planning policy coupled with a keen commercial awareness. Where appropriate, strategic long-term planning advice will be given. In addition, knowledge of comparable applications and appeal decisions, both locally and nationally, provides the basis for a robust application.

This scheme will create around 40,000 sq ft of business space close to the city of Lincoln with excellent access on to the Lincoln to Newark A46 dual carriageway.
